By purchasing art, commissioning custom work,
or using any of my services,
you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Please read them carefully.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

All artwork, including digital paintings,
sketches, designs, and written
materials, created by ShinyLorinArt
(here in after referred to as "the Artist")
remains the intellectual property of
the Artist. By purchasing or
commissioning artwork, you agree to
the following:You may not reproduce, redistribute,
or sell any artwork
without explicit permission.
You may not claim the artwork as your own.
Commercial usage of the artwork requires a
separate licensing agreement.

2. Usage and Licensing

Personal Use: You are granted a non-exclusive,
non-transferable license
to use the artwork for personal purposes,
such as displaying the
artwork in your home, using it as a profile
picture, or sharing it on
social media with proper credit.
Commercial Use: Commercial use of the artwork
(e.g., for merchandise, advertising, or
product creation) requires prior
written consent from the Artist. Additional
licensing fees may apply.
Modification: You are not permitted to alter,
edit, or modify the artwork
without explicit permission to avoid hate art
and other inacceptable behaviour.

3. Commissioned Work

Process: When commissioning artwork,
clients must provide a clear description,
references, and any other necessary details
(e.g., desired style, colors, theme)
before work begins. A non-refundable
deposit of 50% is required after the sketch
is Agreed upon and before the colors are
and any kind of rendering has started.
Refund Policy: Once the commission work
has begun, no refunds will be provided.
If the commission has not yet started,
you may request a full refund of the deposit.
Revisions: The commission includes
unlimited revisions in
limits to acceptable behaviour.

4. Payment

Full payment for commissions and artwork
must be made before
final delivery, unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods:
PayPal or through Ko-fi.
Payment is non-refundable once the
artwork is completed or the commission has started.

5. Delivery

The estimated time for commission completion
will be provided once the
project details are confirmed.
Artwork will be delivered in high-resolution
digital format (e.g., PNG or JPEG)
via email or a file-sharing platform
such as Google Drive or Dropbox.
I will not provide any physical
representation of the illustration.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

If you are dissatisfied with the
artwork or the commission,
please contact me within 7 days of
receiving your product or digital files.
I will do my best to address the issue,
revisions after this time will be
charged additional fees.
Refunds or replacements will only be
considered if the artwork is
significantly different from what was
agreed upon, or if there
is an error on my part.
Commission cancellations are only
allowed if no work has been started.
Once the work has begun,
cancellations are not possible.

7. Behavior and Conduct

Clients are expected to communicate
respectfully and professionally with me
throughout the commission process.
I reserve the right to refuse service
or cancel a commission if the client behaves
inappropriately or violates the
terms set forth in this agreement. In such cases,
the deposit may not be refunded.

8. Limitation of Liability

I am not responsible for any damages,
losses, or issues arising from the
use of my artwork, including but not
limited to personal, commercial,
or financial damages.
All artwork is provided "as is."
I make no warranties about the quality
or fitness of the artwork
for any specific purpose.

9. Privacy Policy

Your personal information (name, email address or anything)
will only be used for
communication related to your order or inquiry.
I will NEVER share or sell your personal
information to third parties without your consent.

10. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to update or modify these
Terms of Service at any time.
Any changes will be effective once posted
on my website or communicated
to clients via email or other means.
Please review the TOS periodically to stay
informed of any updates.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and
construed in accordance
with the laws of EU referencing the
European Small Claims Court.
